HistoGenes at the "Wiener Forschungsfest" 2025

Outreach is an important part of scientific work, therefore the HistoGenes team was happy to present the project at the "Wiener Forschungsfest". The event is hosted by the city of Vienna and aims to introduce children and teenagers to scientific research. In a hands on station the children could try out replicas of an Avar belt and early medieval glass-beads and make their first anthropological deductions on 3D printed bones.
