The Landesamt für Denkmalpflege und Archäologie Sachsen-Anhalt – Landesmuseum für Vorgeschichte (State Office for Monument Preservation and Archaeology - State Museum of Prehistory) is a subordinate authority of the State Chancellery and Ministry of Culture of Saxony-Anhalt.
It was founded with effect from January 1, 2004 from the formerly independent offices “Landesamt für Denkmalpflege” and “Landesamt für Archäologie”.
Within HistoGenes, we are providing samples and are doing anthropological analyses of these individuals.
